In the last year this place has gone downhill. Filthy place to live. Management could care less if the elevators are even working. If you make a complaint about anything, expect your rent to increase by 25% when your lease is up. This is their way of getting rid of you. Building is not secure because the locking systems for the doors have been broken since 2020.

I moved in a little more than a week ago and I am blessed beyond measure! I love love love my apartment! Desiree, Sal, and Juan in the office are wonderful and the maintenance guys are sweet, friendly, and I love them, too! Residents I have met are friendly and seem as happy as I am! The grounds are beautiful, the elevators, hallways, and stairwells are clean (I walk 11 floors up, 3x a day for exercise :) ), the laundry and trash chutes are so wonderfuly convenient! The Bark Park is awesome and the doggie bags and trash cans for them are so convenient for me and my little Chhester! I absolutely love everything about living here!
If someone has accidentally dropped something on the floor or on the ground, I try to pick it up. This is my home and I take great pride in living here. If I can help anybody with anything, I will.

It didn't start out to goid, but I've been here a little over 3yrs. Thungs. r a better. But, l put a work order in to have my A/C vents cleaned out in Mar. And l'm still waiting for them to have someone come in to do them.
? I had them done 2yrs. Ago. And it was good. But during the covud they didn't havebanyplace to smoke? And so they smoke in their APTS. This l know because l"ve been in these apts. And have seen the cigerettes and ashtrays. Other then that l enjoy living here. Its clean niw that we have a great vleaning person. Sorry anout the typing for some reason l was unable to c what l was typing,. U might say l was typing blind. Thank u!!
They were on time and knowing I had 2 dogs to manage and am handicapped they handled the dogs in a gentle and expedient...
They were on time and knowing I had 2 dogs to manage and am handicapped they handled the dogs in a gentle and expedient manner. For two dogs to get all their shots , examined and 6 months of heartworm meds for each and their tests was only $137.00. I was impressed. The only negative thing was some of the people were kind of snippy.
