We just moved in about a month ago and so far everything has been great! Move in was hectic but everything was taken care of quickly and so far any maintenance we have needed has been taken care of in a few days time! The outsides look old but the insides are nice! They're working on renovating all of the units. The office manager Destiny has been nothing but helpful and kind to us this entire time! I would give 5 full stars but it's only the beginning of our lease but I'm hopeful that things will continue as they currently are!

I trust him in my apartment anytime whether I am home or not. Lots of families with kids, so be prepared to see them outside regularly in the evenings. The only problem I've had living here was the rude manager, but she has since been replaced with a much nicer woman who is very professional and very much on top of things. She texts us all with any information we may need about the pool, water shut offs for maintenance purposes, community events, etc. Good laundry facilities, nice little pool, sand volleyball court, Basketball court, bbq grill, and plenty of grassy areas for dog walking. My wife and I are happy here and have been here for two years. We plan to stay for one more while we save for a house. By the way, the Annistasha Knepper review is total hogwash. My apartment was painted very well. My carpets were not new but very clean. Drawers and cabinets also not new but well maintained. Biggest maintenance issues are plumbing and air conditioning, but again, the maintenance guy is very quick to do repairs or replacement.

Was the worst place I have ever lived! Apartments were shabby. Thr sliding door was broken so it wouldnt open. Issues with spiders, water leaks, bathtub faucet stayed messed up. People peeking through windows and constant fights with people in the complex. We finally just broke our lease and moved. Was worth all that money to get out of there. Management sucks!

Terrible ! I told the lady i needed one day to tell her if i wanted the apartment that she offered me to live in. By the end of 3pm the following day. She had already rented the apartment out and told me I had to wait another 2 - 3 months. It Appears that there is only one lady running the place. So there management is awful.
