In the 2 years ive lived here at trillium, ive seen mess after mess and staff after staff. the only constant has been angel....
In the 2 years ive lived here at trillium, ive seen mess after mess and staff after staff. the only constant has been angel. miss angel is a wonderful young lady who now runs the property as manager. she has always treated me with nothing but respect and kindness. im in awe of her dedication because lets be clear, this property is no cake walk. the apartments are nice, though luxury may be an exaggeration. but seriously, why is there is there only one dumpster? the military personnel are so entitled and filthy that the area near the compactor is always gross! ive seen maintenance out there almost daily having to clean it up. such a shame that my fellow residents dont respect that this is all of our homes too. overall, i love my home that ive created here and hope to see angel, bert, and jesse stick around for the long haul. while they cant snap their fingers and make this a perfect place to live, ive seen what theyve done in a short time and know that i can count on them to improve it in any way they can!

I recently had to work with the property manager at Trillium Heights, Hannah T. She was very professional and very easy to work with in a situation that could've been terrible. Aside from my direct experience with Hannah, the entire property has improved since she took over as property manager (and that's just in a couple of months). The general feeling of the community has improved and small and large details such as landscaping and maintenance have improved. I would recommend Trillium since she took over as property manager.
