Flexhomes are furnished home rentals available for stays of 2 days to 12 months and anything in between.
Each Flexhome is fully furnished and includes a kitchen with cooking essentials, memory foam mattresses, sheets and towels, in-unit or shared building laundry machines, smart TV, coffee maker, laptop-friendly workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a starter set of paper products, toiletries, and other household and cleaning supplies. And our friendly and responsive support team is available to assist from 9am-10pm 7 days a week.

Payments & renewals:
- Upfront payment is required for the initial reservation. We accept online payments only
- Payment plans for monthly renewals: upon request, we can tentatively reserve renewal months without payment up until 14 days prior to each renewal date, after which the dates would be opened for other guests to book. Payment plans require the initial month to be paid in full
Cancellation policy:

- Separate $200 refundable security deposit. Payable online only. Refund issued after checkout assuming no material issues e.g. damage, missing items, violated House Rules. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
The space:
The apartment comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.

- Free daytime street parking is available on Stowell Ave adjacent to the building
- Overnight street parking requires a permit Sunday night through Thursday night
- You can request up to 20 free single night permits per month (must apply one day at a time)
- Or you can purchase a $40 monthly overnight street parking permit (valid from beginning to end of each calendar month, not prorated for partial months)

- A privacy-safe noise & smoke monitor is used in the apartment. The device may not be removed and is a requirement in order for us to remain respectful tenants and neighbors at all times.
House Rules:
1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses
2. No smoking ($150 fee)
3. Quiet time after 10pm
4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others
5. $40 charge for unreturned keys
