We lived here for a year and loved it! Perfect location to downtown Sheboygan and in walking distance of the beach. The apartments were well managed, clean, and the landlord was amazing to work with! The workout room was a major plus! Would highly recommend to anyone that is interested.

I recently got a job in the Sheboygan area and was looking around for places to live. The Encore caught my eye immediately. Its in a nice area of what I could consider to be downtown Sheboygan. Everything is in walking distance. The management is very nice as well! I would definitely recommend this apartment to any of my friends!

I spent 2 years here at encore and loved every second! Great location with music in the park in the summer and quick walk down to Lake Michigan. The Amenities are unbeaten with the fitness center, underground parking with dog wash and car wash, coffee bar and Luxer package system made living lavish. The unit itself is modern, spacious and has in unit washer and dryer. Kitchen has lots of cabinet space and dish washer. But my favorite part was the HUGE closet! Nick was the nicest landlord you could ever ask for and any questions or concerns were quickly taken care of as well as any maintenance that was needed was also quickly taken care of. Even through a couple parties in the community room which was a blast!
The superior staff of this place is mind boggling!
