I recently toured 15 different apartment complexes in the Capitol Hill area, including Viva.
Scheduling the tour was quick and easy, the people who gave me the tour were friendly and awesome.
I ultimately decided against pursuing a lease with Viva for the following reasons:
- Pet friendliness: Finding Viva was difficult because their location isn't marked as pet friendly, despite their policy being so. At the location itself, there's not real amenities for a pet (e.g. a dog run). Nearby locations at a similar price point had one.
- No balconies: Similar to the above, nearby locations at a similar price point had one .
Beyond that, Viva made it a hard decision to not rent with them. If you don't mind not having a balcony, or if you don't have a dog, then they maybe a great fit for you.

I had a tour with Jordan this morning we looked at a studio together and I loved the home its very modern with lots of natural lighting! The location is close to everything you love. I would highly highly recommend visiting Viva and touring with Jordan she was so personable and sweet she made me feel like she really cared about getting me into a home that I loved most
Most places in Seattle dont care to give you a personable tour but she exceeded my expectations and did it all in excellence! Highly recommended
