Our residents can effortlessly access lease documents, report maintenance issues, and submit payments directly from their phone or desktop via the user-friendly Appfolio tenant portal.
Move-in costs include:
Full first month's rent
$800 Refundable Security Deposit
$75 Monthly water, sewer, garbage usage (plus $50 for each additional resident)
$50 Non-refundable screening fee per adult applicant

Applicants are screened for a credit score of 650 or higher, with minimal negative reporting, positive rental history, and a collective income of 3X the monthly rent.
