The building itself is modern and aesthetically pleasing. They have a crew to come clean it regularly though the outside windows could use some more care. The current management is a good team though in the two years I've resided there, I've seen 7 building managers. The current maintenance team is also on the ball! Fixing issues almost as soon as they occur. There are multiple amenities but they could use an outdoor sink by the grill. In addition there is no place for an air conditioner in the building to combat Seattle's continually warmer summers. The view from the apartment was grand, however it was recently obstructed by construction and the price of the apartment has not reflected the actual obstruction or the regular break ins that the apartment has been plagued with. Another drawback is the lack of privacy as it is possible to hear neighbors from above and to the sides of your apartment engaging in intimate activities, it should be noted that laying down carpet reduces these noises.
