Kenneth Apartments

The Kenneth Apartments was built in 1925 and renovated in 1991. The Kenneth Apartments was built as a 3 story building that features a gothic-collegiate design that features an all brick and terra cotta facade. The Kenneth is made up of 24 unit apartment homes ranging from Studios to one bedroom units which cover W/S/G and also hosts a well maintained on-site laundry facility.The Kenneth is located in the lower Queen Anne area and walking distance to multiple tourist sites, such as the EMP Center and the infamous Space Needle. The Kenneth is also located near several restaurants, coffee shops, shopping centers and nightlife.
