I have never written a review for anything but I am absolutely livid. This apartment is not pet friendly although they say they are. READ THE FINE PRINT because they will nickel and dime you for everything you have. When they have issues and their systems do not work they blame you and threaten to evict you instead of having any common decency! They threatened to evict us within 48 HOURS because one month their automatic payment system didn’t pay our rent and then they didn’t inform me that rent was not recieved until 10 days later, when I had racked up a LOT of late charges. This was the first time I had EVER been late on a payment for anything with them and they never even gave a warning, just an eviction notice. Then, we just got another lovely letter today informing us that we will be evicted if we do not “comply with the leasing agreement” and keep our 3 month old puppy from ever having accidents in common spaces, being off leash (in our own hall, she is 4Ibs not a scary dog), or bringing a puppy pad to our roof. She’s potty training because she is a puppy and we live in city so yeah we thought we could potty train her on our roof and run with her in our hall. But no, apparently it is cause for an extreme eviction letter, no warning at all! I hate this place so much but there’s no way out of the lease unless we are evicted, and then they will force you to continue paying the lease even when you don’t live there anymore!
