The Maintenance staff at this complex are phenomenal especially compared to places I have lived previously. Not only was I contacted right away after I reported a minor issue, but Dillon from Maintenance had everything fixed the very same day where as I am used to waiting a week at other complexes in Seattle. 5 stars for the Maintenance team.

Hands down the best apartment Ive ever rented from. Jeff from the office is wonderful; always prompt and communicative. Hes always on top of things. The maintenance crew Thomas, Chad and Dillon are so friendly and so nice and quick to respond to any issues. I was a bit worried about moving to Ballard because I was told it can be dangerous with the homeless problem, but Ive never felt unsafe. The ground keepers do an awesome job of keeping the sidewalk and block clean and safe. Theres even a security team that walks the property and are on call. The gym is a REAL gym which I really appreciate. The location is great. I love being able to walk to the grocery stores and to down town Ballard. The apartments are modern and up to date. Im surprised how quiet it is since its not carpeted. The rooftop is great. Everyone who works and lives here is just really nice and friendly and trustworthy. I usually move apartments every year, but Im happy to be renewing my lease and staying longer. Thank you!!
Thomas and Chad are amazing! Best maintenance workers I have ever met. Made my first apartment living experience very easy. Everyone is super friendly and helpful!

I have lived at Ava for approximately 7 years and have always loved it here.
Recently we had an issue with our washing machine and Chad fixed the problem immediately. He has always been great, I love having him and his kindness around the building. My dog absolutely loves Chad! He always takes a moment to play with him and my pup really appreciates it, Thank you!
