MOVE-IN COSTS:
First month's rent (maybe prorated) + $1350.00 security deposit + WSG/Pet/Parking/Insurance (when applicable)
Renter's insurance is required, $14.00 if you don't have your own.
WSG is $80.00 for the 1st adult, $20.00 for each additional adult.
Pet rent is $25.00 each, pet deposit is $300.00 max or 25% of the rent whichever is lower.
Assigned parking is $50.00 a month subject to availability; street parking requires a zone permit from the city.

Applicants who do not meet our min. credit score requirement will be required to obtain a monthly co-signing policy, the cost varies for different locations, please ask.
***IMPORTANT NOTICE***
Approved applicants are expected to pay the required holding deposit online ASAP to secure the rental unit in the resident portal, or the next approved applicant in line will get the opportunity to do so. The holding deposit will only be accepted AFTER you have toured the unit in person. Note that we do not hold units for anyone without said holding deposit. Renters to verify all information listed before signing a lease. Any stolen keys, trespassers, or squatters with no payment, or no lease agreement will be reported to the police immediately. Violators will be blacklisted.
