- Credit scores between 600-699 will be required to prepay last months rent

- 6 months with current employer or previous employment in same field of work

Income
- Monthly Verifiable income must be equal to at least 3 times the rental amount
- Income between 2.75-2.99 times the rental amount may be required to prepay last months rent
