Spacious one, two, and three-bedroom/one-bath apartments located in Kensett, Arkansas Available to low-income residents that meet income eligibility guidelines. Rent will be based on income. Apartments include a range and refrigerator, mini blinds, central heat and air, and a small outdoor patio. Water, sewer, and trash are included in the rent. Each apartment is wired for cable TV and telephone, which are available at the renter's expense. Kensett Apartments also has an onsite laundry facility and small community room that can be used for meetings or family gatherings. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood within a mile from a Dollar Store and less than ten minutes from Searcy.
Application fee of $8 per adult household member will need to be delivered to our agency representative at the property site before applications will be processed.
