been using this service in puxico area for over 10 years and never was disappointed or not recieved the best service possible. Great people from office to drivers.

Forgot to pick up our trash and havent returned our phone calls. When I pay for a service I expect them to hold up to their end of the deal. Trash has been sitting by the road for 4 days and still hasnt been picked up. Terrible customer service.

Bad customer service, if they don't like what you have to say on a complaint they will screen your call and make you leave a message and resolve nothing. HMMMMMM....could be a reason they do not belong to the BBB. I suggest go somewhere else.
