Resident of 10 months Staff:-Muhammads group of employees were awesome. This new set of staff is great as well. Since theyve came the good deeds from them. Office passed out popsicles at front office and had door contest for nov and Dec holiday you will win a free a carpet shampoo for your apartment. The whole office staff use to do exercise and walk around the complex in the afternoon when I do my run. Dont see them doing it now guess its a bit cold to walk cute.The guy whos been working maintenance like forever is awesome. You always see him taking pride in his work. Rent rate:-I guess you would say rent rate for a 3 bedroom is okay slightly. Rates went up. Amenities:-Game room - false advertisement no game room. theres a computer room closes when office close.-Exercise room-equipment to do basic workouts. All needs a key card entry24hrs.Laundry room-need to get a laundry card with the machine in laundry room in order to wash or dry. The lowest bill the machine accept to load is $5 bill NO $1 bills. Wash and dryer Machines are small standard size. I normally am able to wash clothes on Sunday's due to my hecked schedule. Sundays seem to be the day residents washes laundry. Whenever I go washers or either dryers are all used up but none of the machines are running ( people forget theyre doing laundry) or machines not working. so now I have to go to a laundromat outside of the complex. POOL - has NEVER been opened or utilized since I lived here. Yes the re-did the fence around the pool made the fence taller so the kids wouldnt jump the gate easily. I noticed staff replied to someones review saying it opened on Memorial. Thats not true. However I didnt receive an email like I got one about the popsicles and everything else they send saying the will open or is open. Now that its November I wont ever enjoy one of the main reasons I wanted to move here for. I understand Covid but when your whole staff isnt wearing mask in office whats the issue. Property/landscape:- its so so. I notice if you stay near the office landscape is marvelous. As you get to the back area its trash. Dumpster is overly filled from waste to furniture.Trash on the ground. Parking lot on Friday and Saturday night is horrible with food containers in the parking lot. Raccoon city at night beware. At the back of the apartment complex the fence has been down for months now. people walk through from Patterson apartments to the woodlands. As a short cut. My suv has appeared several different times where someone attempted to break into my suv. My neighbor car was egged. Office sent emails basically stating that theyre not responsible to keep valuable lock. Mind you some nights I have to park away from my door because spaces are full. Theres been more than 2 emails that went out about parking decal is a most in order to park in spaces in front of apartments. Cars without will be towed. Ive been waiting patiently to see these cars towed but nothing.You will get plenty of lease violations if youre on a 1st level apartment. I have a grill covered on my porch not in use and I get hound about removing it.Theres a resident who has a whole colorful garage sale going on, on her porch outdoor. Who truly needs a lease violation of clutter (hoarder) yet if you ride through youll see 1st level apartments with blow up pools, grills, bikes etc. 2nd and 3rd level you see some air drying there clothes on their balcony. Bikes on the banister. Even see person on 3rd level drop trash from 3rd floor balcony to the trash and miss. etc. Apartment:-Moving in in the beginning was the best. I moved from out of town with nothing lost everything in a storm. So from clothes to furniture I had to get new. As new residents moved in. The roaches has got very BAD. Pest control comes whenever they can. meantime I try my best to get rid of them. But when theres cracks in the corner of the walls or cabinets its hard. I have more to say but Not much of storage space. Ive written to much it says character reached limit . This is my experience for 10months of living.

My name is Eshawna Coleman and if I had to rate the staff on their phone customer service, I would give every one five stars . I called twice in one week and spoke with two staff members if I recall their names were Ms Paula and Omaria or Amaria excuse myself if I get the name wrong but both staff gave outstanding information and I could hear the professionals through the phone both staff actual took the time to listen to all questions and concerns that I was unsure about housing.The phone service customer services was not rude it was so helpful and professional that the employees couldve been experienced a bad day you wouldve never known being that they both delivered their phone messages in a polite helpful manner . I really applaud both staff for their amazing customer service and helpful informative information and that kind of customer service is what we need more in these call centers office Thanks for making my day with a terrific customer service experience!!!

This property is very quiet community. Love living here and the staff is very responsive and fast when comes to ANY ISSUES! Maintenance within the same day if not the next morning and both managers in the office always working and keeping up with residence.would highly recommend living here
