This place is not luxury by any means, it's only an advertising facade.
By the first week of me moving in, my toilet was leaking and that was just the start of a plethora of maintenance issues that they say they will fix, but just make worse. Despite them trying to fix the washer and dryer over 6 times, I ended up having to use coin laundry blocks away. Other issues I had: The sink coming unglued from the countertop, laminate floors peeling off, furniture being hilariously cheap. The horrible part is that these issues were widespread amongst the other units (as I had talked to a couple other residents, and their complaints were similar).
Because the property advertises to SCAD students (even though non-SCAD people can rent there) they treat every resident in a child-like manner: for instance they will barge in without notice to do 'inspections', and other things that may have no basis whatsoever. The fees are seemingly endless for moving in and out. I could go on, but I really want to spare prospective renters this awful experience.
