I was browing through the expensive houses and apartments in Savannah and suddenly found this place. Decided to change my flight a few days early to come and see it for myself. Sharing between the roommates I got left with really affordable rent and Mary was really nice and helpful when it comes to securing the place. She tried her best to help us move in asap and explain everything clearly! Definately recommend!!!

Overall this is a pleasant place to stay. I had a few issues with flooding and the plumbing. Everything was fixed promptly. I would advise people to keep in mind that this is an older property That being said you will not have many amenities that other properties in the area will have. The management has done a good job with upgrades such as stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors in the living and kitchen areas. The only negative is there is no dishwasher and only 1 bathroom in the 3 bedroom. Also be mindful if you live below someone. I would go to bed early because of my work schedule and the upstairs neighbors kids always seemed to be running or something. The management was very nice and had they not increased the rent I would have renewed. The price now is quite expensive and I get it everything is increasing so this was not affordable for me any longer. They have really done a great job of keeping decent people residing there.

I love this place.. I lived there for a year then I had to end my lease because I moved out of state but now I come back to Savannah and I'll leasing away in these apartments.. The new management is running better than before the apartments, I'll gonna take a fully renovated and I'm so excited
