I loved moving into this new apartment community, but my cocker spaniel dog has been attacked by large animals twice, and I was injured in one of those attacks requiring medical treatment. The attack dog is a large rescue animal, and this neighbor still has one that barks furiously when I walk out my front door and throughout the day as well. This is a sanctuary for large dogs and the two that attacked my dog were vicious with the intent to kill In the building next door, a pit bull "therapy dog" has been allowed in by Fair Housing Laws. The owner, a small, young lady employed full-time is in the medical profession, says her dog is certified as her "Emotional Support Animal (ESA)." I have asked her to not walk the pitt bull near my building and she refuses to stay away from my building. My cocker spaniel and I are terrified to walk outside our front door--and I have to carry pepper spray as a means of protection. I want to break my lease so I can find a community that has a 35 lb. weight limit for dogs. However, management refuses to accept my 60 day notice until I pay a $2,630 early termination fee. The first pet owner who attacked my dog paid for the vet bill and medicine, but the second owner of the attack dog has not, and management says that's between us. There's something wrong here - Senior citizens with small/medium pets cannot have quiet enjoyment fearing that they or their animals will be attacked. The property management team is more concerned with collecting feces and finding out who owns the poop rather than being sure that large animals with the right temperament are brought onto the property.

The grounds are infested with fleas and when you move out you will be charged $475.00 for flea treatment. What you think you are paying by way of a non refundable pet deposit is not that at all, it is a pet fee!!!! I was assessed $953.00 upon moving out and it is non negotiable, your credit is at these thieves mercy. The gate never once worked correctly, in the years time that I lived there. My guests had to wait for some passer by to let them in. No pest control is offered. The appliances are terribly inefficient. The dishwasher just needs to be removed. It will not do anything but leave a horrible film on your glassware. They will charge you about $100.00 a month for your water bill. This is more than you would pay if you lived in a single family home. There are Red Ant (Fire Ants) that infest the closets and the laundry area. The ants come right in through the pipes. It is very loud with traffic sounds due to the interstate and this makes the balcony virtually useless. When the wind blows hard, the windows open on their own. The maintenance staff leaves the door wide open when in your apartment with absolutely no regard to the fact that you have a pet that could get out, AND you are right on the interstate. One day I came home to find my apartment unlocked. Dont be fooled by the gate system, as many cars that are out there waiting to come in can follow the first one in. It is not a safe place to be if you value your privacy or a gated community. It is all for show. When the hurricane came around, the staff fled, they did not even bother taking down their exterior easel type driveway signs. The exterior garbage cans and lids were left full and unsecured. This is not the type of place that you want to rent from.

Then step right up and overpay for your new home! Dont forget to ask about all the hidden fees they get you with after move in. Very disappointed to say the least. Awful staff, awful property management.

I have lived here since September 2016 when the first building opened and the office was in a trailer. I had no problems through most of my first year and the staff is very friendly. They offered me a reasonable renewal rate so I decided to sign another lease. Unfortunately *right* after I did so my building was struck by a car in early September, causing damage to one of the support beams holding up my balcony and literally leaving a hole in the side of the building. I assumed with the great staff this would be fixed in no time but it still looks almost exactly the same nearly 3 months later. I was out of state on vacation when this happened and I called the office to ask about it when I saw it on the news. They reassured me my unit was 100% fine except for the AC unit. They brought in a portable unit for my cats, which was great, but they failed to mention that something was wrong with my balcony. Im still not entirely sure what the issue is, since no one ever explained it to me. I came home from vacation and the lock had been flipped around and changed so I couldnt access the balcony. It has remained this way since. I was given a $200 rent discount in October, but nothing before that and nothing since then. They didnt even remove the debris on the ground until last week! I cannot believe they are able to find new residents with this kind of damage in plain sight. Ive had to warn coworkers and friends not to live here, which is sad since its a nice community otherwise.

Moved in here the 28th, this place is amazing, gym, pool and great neighbors, found work right across the street which is great. They told us we could bring all of our exotics and wouldn't be charging us at all for keeping them! Every kind of restaurant and store is within a walk away. The apartments are very well done, (although a little expensive for what ur getting) and maintenance will replace anything for FREE. My only complaint is that the internet is super high monthly rates and they won't let you use your own service, which is understandable, but $50 a month for over 10/mps is insanely over priced.

Place looks good but lots of construction problems, not able to use the sidewalks in front of my apartment after it rains,6 inches of standing water hours later. Garage floods which left most things in there covered with mold, which will be very expensive to clean.Seems as though this company hired on the cheap, and inspectors looked the other way. Some good news though,the ladies in the office are very nice and the maintenance guys are awesome.

I wouldn't recommend anybody living here it's terrible also the gates are constantly broken and there's always a problem.

Horrible move in experience. Roof has been leaking since my pregnant wife, our 2 yr old and I moved in. We were originally supposed to be on the bottom floor and then they moved us to an upstairs unit because ours wasn't finished being built. When we went through the walk through the paint was literally hanging from the ceiling. They told me it was fine they had a leak but it was fixed and everything was replaced that need to be and the just forgot to repaint it. There maintenance tried doing a very bad patch job and had to have him stop because he clearly didn't know what he was doing. I spent a week trying everyday a couple time a day that it wasn't right and they said it would just need paint. I finally got fed up and had an inspector come out just to confirm that it was still wet and it was not fixed properly. When I called and told them they wanted me to send them documentation of it. Before I sent them it there was literally drops of water hitting the floor from it leaking. They said the would take care of us for it so I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and have them tell me what they would do. They offered to have just or big stuff moved and we could move the small stuff( keep in mind my wife is 7 months pregnant on the 2nd floor and moving to another unit on the 2nd floor again) we paid to get our address changed on licenses and paid for our internet to be setup and all the hassle of home owners insurance and power and everything else that needs to be done when moving. They then offered a measly 500 credit to our rent even though they just offered a free months rent to anyone who signed up to rent on Father's Day. This place has been nothing but problems and very slow to get things done and only seem to care about padding their pockets instead of taking care of the renters and their families. Gate has had problems a few time in the week we have been here too. Definitely would advise going elsewhere if you want a happy renting experience
