INCOME: Total household, monthly, verifiable, gross income: $7,500 per month (voucher holders must verify 3x their share of rent)
CREDIT: Credit score of 625 or higher for each adult occupant with at least 2 years of active credit with no arrears or collections.
REFERENCES: Each adult occupant must have 3 years most recent years of verifiable positive, financially responsible, residential rental history from a non relative.
PERSONS: All proposed occupants aged 18 and over must submit a rental application and meet the screening guidelines.
Other information:
*Maximum of two vehicles will be allowed to be parked on the property - uncovered space - NO garage or storage.
* No smoking will be permitted anywhere on the property
* Owner will allow one very small, mature dog, or one cat.
* Month to Month rental agreement.
* Tenant to pay all utilities on a prorated basis due to common meters.
