The house is surrounded by a beautiful yard, where the sunshine can be enjoyed all day long. The front yard on this corner property has various areas for seating or a fire pit, while the side yard offers room for bike or surf board storage. The small, private backyard/patio area has a deck and access to two small storage sheds as well as one larger bike shed along the driveway.
