Must Zelle payment by the 15th of the current month to be able to stay until the end of the following month
Example: Today is 4/1/25
You want to move in 4/7/25. On 4/7/25: You will pay $690 to stay 4/7/25 - 4/30/25
On 4/15/25: You will pay $900 to stay 5/1/25 - 5/31/25
You will continue to pay on 5/15, 6/15, etc. until you decide to move out.
Must agree to monthly inspection of the rental (room + bathroom)

I wanted to make sure you understand that it's not an apartment, just a private room and bathroom. Because I don't live at the property, I want to limit the number of showings there. I will need to call to ask some screening questions. Afterwards, I'll need the resume and references from work/past landlords, then we can schedule the showing.
