I came in multiple times on Friday June 21, 2019 from hours 1030a-330p. Nobody was in the office. I have been trying many times to reach the manager to see if there is any availability here at liberty heights apartments. This is not the only time I have come in and tried to talk with the manager. It's very disappointing to keep wasting my time coming here during office hours and no staff are there. At least put a sign on the damn door or put the correct time that you'll be coming back. As far as I am concerned I am glad I havent been given the chance to tour this apartment complex.
Anybody and everybody dont waste your time here.
The staff is great. Gounds keeper always friendly smiles and waves always working and keeping gounds clean.

I love this place specially Dasha and Liz they are great and really care about the residents, I came here looking for a place to call home and I found it is quiet and my neighbors are very nice, one of them even helped my son to fix his bike, thanks for all you do to keep this place clean and looking good, I will recommend these apartments to my friends.

Beautiful property, just had a bunch redone.( +1,) kind, helpful staff(+1) quick handy maintenance, sherry and mark are the bees knees,(+1) the washer and dryer machines eat your quarters like a fat kid with a free candy bowl, and around the clock amenities like decent grass and the tether ballless tether pole for our children to practice their failed dreams and daddy issues on.

Mark and Sherrie are the best; they do what they can to keep the property looking amazing, and help the residences with whatever is needed to maintain the apartments. Wooohooo go Liberty Heights!!!

Terrible place to live!! Slum lords!! I lived here for almost 2 years I had to leave because the heater broke, I submitted about 5 work orders to have it fixed and they still couldnt/wouldn't fix it.one of my friends was in my apartment while the maintenance man was there and all he did was walk around my apartment and leave and checked off the paper work that he fixed the furnace. My 2 young children couldn't stand the cold of the winter months with No heat so we had to leave after racking up a huge power bill to heat the place with space heaters. And to top it off the office staff stole a tablet and a phone from my apartment after they changed my locks while I was still trying to work things out with them. They then tried to charge me a huge cleaning fee when I had me and 3 of my friends in there scrubbing it top to bottom for several hours..in the dark as the management said they would get the power turned on so I could come and deap clean,they of course did not. After I told management i had pictures and documents of how i left the apartment and that it was not habitable because of no working heat, they never attempted to contact me again after that. Until 3 years later they have a lawfirm contact me to collect money I don't owe...save money and your time!! Do not rent from here.
Dasha is great, friendly and attentive. Enjoy her in the office very much, works great with everyone There whenever something is needed. Quite a gem.

I have lived at liberty heights for 11 years and I have been through maaaany managers who didn't seem to get it... until we met Liz. She is fun, sweet and super friendly. They are always willing to strive for the best for their residents, keeping the community safe and making sure that the residents are happy! I have never met anyone like her and she was a blessing in disguise for that property! The other employees are always working their butts off to improve the area. Sherrie is always so fun and working so very hard! I think she deserves a raise for how hard she works, even in this heat!!
Love living here. Dasha is the best manager the apartments has had (and I've been through a few).

These guys charge way too much for these crappy apts. I have lived here for more than two years. Each year the rent goes up. The other review is right. The kids smoke here. The managers kids throw rocks at other kids around here. So keep your kids inside. The apts are falling apart. They have had bedbugs. The late fees suck then they charge you for posting a paper on your door to tell the world that you are late. That fee is $75 on top of your late fee. They have a lawyer that is a real jerk too. Beware of this place. There is no place for the teenagers to be, so they sit outside the apt complexes all day stirring up trouble.

Liberty Heights Apartments are worthless!!! they charge $1,010 for a 3 bedroom $875 or more for a 2 bedroom $750 for a one bedroom!! they lie saying other wise!! they're suppose to be low income apts but thats a house payment in my opinion!! and they are just not worth that much at all!! the apartments are falling apart lots of damage and water leeks and it smells like mold!!! they always have something wrong. They are rude in the office and never fix the problems when you call in to have fixed!! they never clean the grounds theres lots of drug users around!! the police are always arresting someone and potrolling the premisses on a daily basis!! my advice is do not rent from these scum bags!! the place should be bull doze down and than build new apartments!! I have two small children and I was always worried that they would be kidnaped or abused cause there is so many wierdo's lurking around!! and I couldnt wait to get out that horrible nightmare!!! thats the best advice I can give about that place run away as fast as you can!!!
