12 month Lease. No smoking is allowed inside the home. The tenant is responsible for all utilities associated with the property. The owner will pay for landscaping.

We will not be doing open house showings for Fall Housing properties with tenants inside. If your group is chosen for a property, we will schedule a time where everyone in your group will have to view the property in person before a lease is written.
