Crime, Drugs, Theft, Homeless People & Poorly Managed Complex. This place is horrifying. This place accepts Section 8-that speaks for itself. My first week there, the DEA did a DRUG RAID on one of the apts, how loveley. A month later, someone vandalized my car that was parked under the parking cover. My packages were stolen all the time. Low-income family traffic drugs throughout the apartments. MGT is unresponsive, does not care about tenants, you are a number, not a person. Don't fall for the trap of the location, you will regret it as soon as you move in.

Do NOT rent here. The worst place I have ever rented from in my life. The girls in the office are just temp workers so nobody knows whats going on and they are extremely disorganized. We subleased and were told by the lady who helped us sign the lease when moving in not to worry about the carpet stains we were inheriting because the carpet was past its lifetime so they were going to replace it anyways when we moved out. Fast forward to moving out and Loma Palisades charges us 900 to replace the carpet. I finally made the final payment to them for this ridiculous charge, and they call me days later asking for the payment I already gave them. They didnt know where the money order was I gave them. What idiots. If you currently live there, cover your butt and make sure to ask receipts for EVERYTHING and move out of there as soon as possible. If you are looking to move there, do yourself a favor and dont do it. Parking sucks, the apartments are crappy, and maintenance never comes when called. Top that with the idiots in the office and you get one of the worst places to live in San Diego, Loma Palisades.
If I were honestly rating, it'd be four stars, but in attempts to even out their overall yelp rating I threw 5 up there...

The girls in the front office are new every week and know absolutely nothing about the details of the agreements. They will take your deposit %100 of the time and even attempt to charge you for extras if they can find a way. I could go on forever about the downfalls of this place. But it would be easier for you to just go rent somewhere else, trust me. I wish someone had warned me...

If I could give a 0 star review, I would. Price gouging at its finest. This place is *not* worth the rent they are charging. They don't fix things in a timely manner, the maintenance blocks all the traffic, and they charge you for *everything*. At first the low security deposit sounds great, until they charge you 2x the price of the deposit when you leave!
Move-in process was super easy and my apartment was VERY clean when I arrived. Noise levels are minimal and the community as a whole is very friendly....

The ad described a 1 1/2 bath, the 1/2 bath it is more like a little closet with barely any room to close the door while in the 1/2 bath and also has a small window that is right by the toilet.The full bath is very narrow walking space and the shower area is very dated. And the 2nd bedroom is only big enough for a twin bed and small furniture.Through out the condo there is mininal storage. The added bonus is the kitchen with the updated appliances but the kitchen is not big enough for a standard size kitchen table and chairs.The amount for rent $1,400-$1,750 which is entirely too expensive for the quantity/ amount of space.

Maintenance was the most responsive.
Raised rent over $250 a month after just 9 months. NEVER had one month they billed me correctly. Then they put an eviction notice on my door, because they made an error in crediting my account. On two occasions someone else rent money was put into my account. I had to bring it to their attention. Moved out a few months ago and am still trying to get my security deposit back.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!
