- SPECIAL LEASE PROVISIONS: Exciting Basement Renovations! Over the next 3-5 months the downstairs basement will be renovated into an additional studio unit. The new studio will be a separate unit that is accessed through the gate on the right side of the garage. The backyard will be fenced off offering the paved patio space to the studio unit and the upper balcony/turfed backyard to the upstairs tenants. Upon completion of the downstairs unit, the upstairs tenants will have the opportunity to apply, qualify & rent the downstairs unit at market rate or invite friends and family to do so! If there is no interest we will then begin advertising the unit.
