A little bit about the property-
This is a 4-plex with a 2 bedroom house in front, a cottage 1 bedroom in the middle and a duplex in the back. My tenants have dogs and use the private 40' x 15' grassy courtyard like a private dog park. So applicants should have or at least like pets. Tenants are expected to pick up after their pets nightly. All pets must sleep inside units at night.
