* Proof of Income:
- Employed: 2 recent pay stubs with year-to-date information.
- Starting a Job: Employment agreement or offer letter.
- Self-Employed: 2 years of tax returns and 3 months of business bank statements.
- Retired: Proof of retirement income (e.g., Social Security, disability, savings, stocks) and 3 months of bank statements.
* Rental History: 2 years of rental history for each applicant, including landlord contact information.
* Pet Photos: Photos of all pets/animals. Pet rent or deposit may be required. ESA/Service animals must provide supporting documentation.
