As soon as you enter the house you will see all the natural light the house has with 22-foot tall ceilings, with a beautiful chandelier welcoming you, the house has an open concept from the living room to the back of the house. The kitchen has stunning brand new appliances ready to be at your service, white shaker cabinets and caracara countertops all around, and plenty of storage around the island including a big tall pantry in the corner of the kitchen. As soon you step out of the kitchen to the back hallway you will see on the left hand the powder room and a closet, and on the right the first bedroom with fan, walking closet, in-suite bathroom. As soon as you get out of this bedroom you can see the back door of the house that takes you to the two-car garage. The other two bedrooms are located on the second floor, as soon as you go upstairs you will be a few steps away from the laundry room with a brand new full-size washer and dryer ready to work. After getting out of the laundry room you have three options:
One goes to the right and enters the second bedroom which has an extra door to a private patio.
Two keep going to the end of the hallway to enter the stunning primary bedroom that welcomes you with a beautiful view of the front of the house, the neighborhood, Coronado Bridge, bay and ocean views, and a big balcony to enjoy all this, the bedrooms have a large in-suite bathroom with double sinks and ready to set your self in. As the other bedrooms, they all have high ceilings, fans in every room, and blinds for privacy.
A third option is to walk back to the hallway and open the door to the stairs that will take you to one of the best parts of the house, an approximately 600 sq/ft rooftop deck, that is spacious and ready to set your chair and table to enjoy the relaxing and beautiful view of the city, bay and ocean.
The solar panels are located on the other side of the roof, they will allow you to produce your electricity and probably forget about your electrical bill.
The house has a two-car garage on the back of the house with an electric vehicle charger plug ready to be used. On top of the garage is set the Additional Dwelling Unit (ADU), which is been tastefully designed and equipped with new appliances, an A/C unit, blinds, a fan in the bedroom, and a laundry center. It has its utility services separated from the main house (except water) and has a private deck in the back of the bedroom. This ADU can be rented for an ADDITIONAL FEE as it would be great to have a separate office in the home area or a place for the extended family.
