My family and I just moved into this beautiful and peaceful gated community And we we're greeted with open arms from day one from everyone in the office. Management went above and beyond with all our requests moving in. I would recommend this community to anyone if you desire a beautiful apartment then this is the complex for you. The 2 bed 2 bath are reasonable per month We had payed the same for alot smaller and being here made us realized we were paying way too much for alot less. If you desire all maintenance request to be done at a reasonable time this complex is for you.. Kudo's to Michelle Stephanie and Monica You ladies are the best.

Who keeps hitting the front gate? Seriously it's annoying. Also they need better cameras, it's never pointing correctly. Who puts cameras in reach of residents? Alot of wasps and bugs. Quite place and the new washing machines work well. They have to get better driers, they never get completely dry and I have to put the setting on high. There is a lady with a dog that barks are everyone, but other than that, it's quite. They installed big windows that look into the master bedroom from the outside. I can hear anything and everything outside. I don't mind living here since I'm used to worse Conditions but it is still a one star. The army has taught me to overcome and adapt into this area. Thieves will be shot if I see any.

Cars broken into DAILY glass everywhere and the only camera in the complex DOES NOT WORK it's pointed up looking at the sky. Gates never close and the new skank in the front gives the code to anyone who asks. Apartment used to be nice, clean and friendly. Now that the only nice girl in the front is gone you're stuck with a lady who is always bored and an idiot who flirts with every man she sees. The new girl has no idea what she's doing EVER. She doesn't know where packages are, she is extremely impolite and even dresses extremely trashy. This place is garbage.

Hi! This complex is very well. The 4th one ive had. So far the best. They bills are somewhat expensive. But i the staff is very friendly and understanding. If i had any issues i would let them know nd they would come fix it. Sadly i feel like the pet deposit is high. Wish there was payments for it. Otherwise i have noticed alot of changes through out this complex. As of landscapping has been better. For their maintenance team most residents must understand there is alot of complex over 35, so maintenance does well. The past 2 years only had 2 different apartments. Both are good space for the price. But i do recommend this complex. The location is also great. I love how close everything is. Especially six flags! My time will finish in January 2018. But i enjoyed staying on this property.

This is totally neccessary since the Woodbridge apartments wants to utilize fraud information and from people who have never lived in the United States nor understand the concept of Fraud. As per our conversation, we also discussed that no one had returned and place a second application request. I did call Hunter Warfield and I will be sending them my documentation, however, you mentioned that the person had never foregone the 2nd application in February and now 2 transactions are showing up on my credit report as if the person submitted the application. If this is the case I need to see the signed documentation and authorization form your establishment received "from person who visited site" in February. I cannot place a direct police report from Mexico because the laws in Mexico do not fall under the same jurisdiction as the laws in the United States. I will send all my paperwork and my lawyer will also submit for your Apartment establishment to hand over the information for FEBRUARY. Your apartment complex should have something sign from the so called individual who went into your complex, if this is not the case, I will have my lawyer also file a fraud report to the BBB in the United States against your Wood bridge Apartment Complex and I will send all information on my behalf to Hunter Warfield get this clear as soon as possible. I DONT LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES AND SOMEONE HAS USED MY INFORMATION FRAUDENTLY. DO NOT LIVE HERE! While the office staff are friendly (except for the head manager), things do not get fixed. The ceilings are badly cracked (ever heard of MOLD?), and every time I try to have a major issue looked at, they find a way to pin another excuse to it. I had a hot water outage for about a week, with very limited notice of repairs, so I went to shower at the gym and could not do my dishes. When I first moved in, my toilet seat literally fell off the hinges, and the drain mechanism in the tub broke from regular use. There were nails left EVERYWHERE. I'm assuming from the carpet change? Also the screw from the drain mechanism was left as well. Also, a leak was left unfixed for about three days, and I was unable to emergency page maintenance. They tried to say that the A/C unit was being replaced, but I had people in my apartment seemingly doing nothing. They also don't understand the concept of privacy, and hire people who conform to their needs instead of the tenants. This is a horrible place to live, and you are better off finding a newer building, or at least one who knows how to take care of their property and makes sure it conforms to city code. I would give it negative ten stars if I could.

I currently live here, but only for the next two days. The management is awful, because not only do they NOT notify of ANYTHING, but they extort you for every last penny you have. Also, don't let any of the neighbors see you doing anything that they might perceive to be wrong, because if they tell the office, the office will immediately evict you without any warning or notice. I am going to lose my job, residence, hometown, place of post-secondary education, and my credit will be destroyed. We have tried to contact the office and corporate, but no one has even attempted to call us back. Nice office workers, terrible company and business.

Some things in the apartment need updating. For example, the AC is very old and the fan won't cut off. A maintenance worker spent several hours trying to fix it. He said it was very old and I wondered, why not replace it with a more energy efficient model. A lot of trash was in its closet and it seemed odd that someone didn't clean it out before we moved in. He still has to find a part for it before it will work properly. Meanwhile, my electric bill will probably be sky high. As a courtesy, they should offer to pay part of my bill. Also, the bathroom and shower faucets are corroded and so unsightly. Part of the bathroom sink counter is peeling off. I asked if it could be replaced and was told that as long as it works they would leave it. They advertise as apartment homes and these worn, dirty looking features detract from a homey feeling. It strikes me as odd that the front office is so lovely but they won't replace simple things that would encourage tenants to market for them and improve the quality of life for tenants. Further, the cabinets had a grimy feel and I spent quite a bit of time cleaning them. The manager could be friendlier and when a tenant addresses her, she should not ignore them and act like they don't exist. There also was some failure to disclose information about the apartment that influenced my decision to rent it. On the plus side, the carpet seems new and the appliances are nice. I also really like the floor plan, size of the closets and the quiet atmosphere. Bottom line, happy tenants, happy community and a win win for everyone.

I have noticed there seems to many folks upset about maintenance issues. when I first moved in I also had moved into my apartment sight unseen. there were a few things I felt that should have been handled. I took my concerns to Sheila and she asked me to be patient and she would get all of my concerns handled. she was true to her word. I have been here a year and love the place. folks please to get to know the staff here. they are really caring nice folks who really do enjoy what they do. keep in mind folks when we had the huge hail storm and the damage that was done put the maintenance guys way behind. we have a super bunch of guys who have been working very hard to get caught up. Sheila and the ladies in the office have been working after hours to get caught up. things we as residents can do to help is if your able address minor issues your self, changing the A/C filter or a light bulb. they will gladly give you these items if you just ask one of the guys. put trash in containers and pick up after pets. this is a huge complex with over 200 units. can take the grounds guy up to 3 hours to keep the property beautiful. this is time he could be helping address maintenance concerns. Keep in mind when we have a major issue such as the water main break, Sheila is working from home keeping us all posted as to when repairs will be completed, this is not 9-5 job. also keep in mind management has rules to follow and a budget to follow. there is no way she can please us all. just keep in mind they are doing the best they can as a team and can we all show them a little respect. The worst part is they never gave me a tour to the apartment until they day of moving. the reason the gave was, there is maintenance work going on. Anyway, I have been repeatedly telling them about the issues, however no one has come to fix it yet. Every time I, they promise to send someone right then, but it never happens. There are even problems with, water leaking and the flush doesnt work. Somehow the people at the office are never concerned about it.

I just left a neighbor hood where I was recently robbed. Kylie from Woodbridge called me from a listing I had posted. she was awesome. set me up a appointment right away. When I saw the property I fell in love and my girl friend liked it too so that was a plus! I met Shelia the manager and all the staff and I just felt at home! total difference from where i had just left!!! every one was so kind and helpful and got me a apartment right away. I know now I am home!! thank you Ladies at Woodbridge! I have fallen into Haven and left Hell behind and plan to be here a while! James K

There AC units are not good which result with very high power bill. I told them many times but they always come with excuses that it is hot outside. It takes all evening until midnight to drop couple of degrees. The blinds are very old and they don't replace them. the appliances are old too. I am staying here many years but they still don't want to replace any piece. The rent is High for these old apartments, bad maintenance, and high water bill with high trash service bill. To many cats everywhere and dogs pop. the swimming pool need more cleaning and people use it wearing all of their cloths. the main gate broke for days with no fixing and they want for monthly rent for the gate remote!! Over all these bills

I usually avoid giving bad reviews but this apartment complex warranted it. So here it goes. There was ALWAYS trash on the grounds around my apartment near the dog area. Cans, paper, boxes...you name it. I was embarrassed to have friends and family over. Not only that but nails on the parking lot from the work they were doing work on the apartments. That has to be safety violation of some sort. Lastly and most important, management gave very poor customer service and no willingness to work with you. I felt under appreciated and a bother as a tenant when trying to reach out to them. It was my first time renting. Bad experience that I'm paying for. I would not recommend it to anyone. Will be reporting on BBB.

I have to agree with all the negative complaints here. Plus the maintenance staff is retaliatory if you point out incomplete or never done work orders. They will harass you endlessly, and now based on what I am reading here I am scared to finally move out this summer or they will come after with me with unfounded fees. And yes, Sheila is the worst rudest manager I have ever dealt with. Most places have managers with compassion, but she seems to to enjoy abusing the limited power her job provides.

I currently live here and i have multiple complaints. First, the community manager Sheila is VERY RUDE! Any time there is something wrong she has an attitude and makes it seem like it is your fault. She has poor customer service skills and NEVER smiles. Second, the a/c units don't work great. Living here in the summer is hell and when you call to report it they constantly blame it on the temperature outside. It takes all evening until about 10 pm to cool down below 75. Third, there are stray cats EVERYWHERE! Dozens! They rip up the trash that you place outside your door for trash pick up, leaving you to have to pick up your ripped up garbage the next morning cause trash pick up wont take it if the trash is ripped. They also carry fleas!!! That can come in thru your very poorly insulated front door. There is only one set of dumpsters at the VERY BACK of the complex. SO if you cant afford to pay the extra $25 for trash pick up be prepared to walk your trash a good distance. The toilet bowl when I first moved in was sparkling clean then literally a month later was brown and had mold in the whole bowl. The dishwasher we have doesn't work and never has worked! Luckily for me, i don't use it so i don't need it replaced. Also, when it rains be prepared for mud everywhere. IT fills the walkway to your car, causing you to slip and cover your shoes in mud. I moved into these apartments and thought i would stay for another year BUT I will definitely NOT be renewing my lease here! It starts and ends with management which very much lacks in every aspect of the word.
