I've lived here since 11/2017 and have no complaints. The office staff is always kind and helpful, maintenance has always been responsive and the neighbors are friendly. There is great communication between the office to all residents and I personally feel it is within a timely manner. We feel welcome and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Regency at Stone Oak to others.

Resident for over a year, and I've had minimal issues. Maintenance requests are quickly addressed and staff is great. Lots of complex amenities that are well maintained (dog park, fully shaded playground, soccer field, large gym) and frequent events with free food. I wish they offered recycling and occasionally the trash is full so you have to store it in your garage for a day, but overall, I'd definitely recommend these apartments.

I'm giving the 5 star review based on the management. Since moving here a few months ago, they have been so good to work with. They are always very friendly and professional. The apartments are very nice too. Good facilities, nice pool, and a nice weight room. We had to coordinate our moving here from out of state and so it was done by phone and email and we had to call the management repeatedly to get things finished up and they were always very accommodating. Good place to live.

We LOVED living here!! We have lived in apartments in many states & are especially impressed with Regency At Lookout Canyon! The office staff is super kind & helpful. My two girls loved seeing them & they were so sweet to them! April went the extra mile for us several times & is extremely professional yet caring at the same time. The pool parties have food, great music, & games. Our apartment was stylish & practical with a beautiful view! The gym has the perfect range of equipment (the gym alone sold my husband on moving here) The grills look new & are always ready to use. There are beautiful walking paths & a new playground for young kids! It's also walking distance to the Elementary school. The grounds & dog park are very well kept. I definitely recommend this place!!

I only gave 3 stars due to some of the similar issues as Stacys review said prior. Move out fees are ridiculous, just make sure you set $300 aside to move out, and you will not get a deposit back. I also moved into a unit where the a/c didn't work. I thought because it was controlled by cps that was the issue and it wasn't. 88 degrees in my apt for months before I finally had a guest over who noticed how hot it was even with my ac on. It was fixed as soon as I called, but this happened at least 2 or 3 more times throughout my lease, but they always fixed it. Landscaping awesome, gym awesome, neighbors quiet,staff friendly. You have to get use to a garage door opening underneath your bedroom as you sleep but you'll get use to it. I think I only woke up once cause a neighbor opened her garage at 2:30am. Traffic is a major issue but it's not their fault. I only work 11 minutes away but morning commute is 45 minutes. I miss it there aND the peacefulness but the traffic, not worth it!

Since the new management as taken over, my experience here as been absolutely amazing. Meghan has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and is truly the first property manager I've dealt with that truly cares about her residents. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone.
Anytime I have any issues at all, it is dealt with in a timely fashion, and you honestly can't beat the floor plan with the four bedroom units. It is so spacious and plenty of room for larger families like myself.
Many thanks to the best office staff I've dealt with in my many years of renting and even more thanks for continuing to make improvements in making this an amazing community I can see myself in for years to come.

I have lived here since the winter of 2010 and I love this place. The staff people have come and gone since I have been here, but the feel and life of the place stays the same. Maintenance people are awesome and courteous. We rented before James worked here...but they are awesome leasing professionals.

Live here for just over a year now. Has been a good experience. Maintenance is on their game and get things done. Gym is great and well maintained.
