Stone Oak Neighborhood Summary

Stone Oak is a neighborhood of northern San Antonio known for its upscale gated communities. Rental properties in Stone Oak typically offer five-star amenities, including pools, clubhouses, rec centers, and beautifully manicured grounds, and as a result, prices can be a little higher than many other areas of the city. The feel is decidedly suburban, but the area doesn’t lack for conveniences. There are a number of stores and restaurants nearby, most notably the Village at Stone Oak, a large shopping center with big-box stores and a movie theater, and The Rim, a new and gigantic shopping complex. To avoid small sample sizes, we restrict the analysis for our reports to cities meeting minimum population and property count thresholds.
