Upstanding neighbors. Furthermore, the professionalism and sheer friendliness of the staff is exceptional. These guys are really great; I mean they really go out of their way to make this complex excellent. This is not just the office but maintenance as well - the property is very well taken care of. All in all, the way this complex is run should be a standard for other management companies.

Lol I'm gonna have to check this place out! All these comments are positive except for the disabled person who is complaining about the working security gates (good thing) and washer/dryer installed already (even better thing) all because they didn't do their research good enough or call the apartment ahead of time before deciding to go over there. A security gate is suppose to close immediately not stay open for anybody to come in whenever they want! I prefer having a washer and dryer installed instead of paying extra cash for a new one and have to replace it when it goes down hill. Stay positive and keep doing wonderful. Your community has given you great reviews and I'm excited to check this place out soon. Very rare when I see so many positive feedbacks on an apartment. Happy New Years!

Horrible I went to view the apartment. Only to find out that once again I've been sent to another apartment with washer and dryer...
Horrible I went to view the apartment. Only to find out that once again I've been sent to another apartment with washer and dryer already in the apartment. When all I needed was washer dryer connections. Didn't even look at an apartment due to this fact waste of my time. A local apartment locator have referred me to these apartments. And I moved towards the gate to exit. I sat there and I sat there and I sat there. So because it was a gated community I parked again and go back in. Leasing agent has to let you out, I walk on a cane and just get my seatbelt on when the gate closes again. I get out of the car again to enter again to request the gate to be opened. I just get in my car again and the gate closes. I did it again get out of my car get almost to the door again for the gate to be open again and again the gate opens. My guess is a lady who parked next to me was a resident who took pity on me and open the gate. It was either her or the mailman I don't know for sure. Total disregard for people with a disability. Beautiful apartments from what little I saw. But I will not even consider these apartments because of this experience.

I am Abdul from Saudi Arabia and I lived in Carlyle Place for more than 2 years. In Carlyle Place I found the best staff I can imagine especially Tracy and Megan whom were more than helpful, friendly, and professional. I can't forget the 2 years I spent there which were so perfect because of Megan and Tracy. I wish to come to San Antonio in the near future and visit Carlyle Place to remember the good days.
