UP DATE August 19, 2018 -- I have decided to stay at this apt complex after a long year, to a certain degree I have seen some improvement. Starting in the pool area that is up and running - if you know about maintenance and pool up keep that is know small task in and of itself. The grounds out front are in a much better condition than before, as well as the dumpster area is starting to look a bit better. I have moved up stairs to an apartment that I like. It gets the afternoon sun and in the winter that will be nice; but as for now it reaches 84 degrees in my apt with the air conditioner on 77, the vents need to be adjusted. The apt itself is much nicer than the other one I moved out of. There's much more to say but I'll hold off for now, I do like the apartment I moved into. The kitchen is much nicer as well.

For the most part it is sadly accurate what I have read. I do have to say I agreed to a couple of short comings in the apt because I showed up a day or two early, and on that account they were accommodating. I came from out of state. My apt now that the air conditioning is working is fine, I like the apt and I like the bathroom size very much. I haven't had a bug problem either, but I also keep my apt very clean, and my neighbors are for the most part very quite. Yet; the window I was told would be fix in the first week has not been. I was also very uncomfortable with Kylie from the front office recording me while I was reading and signing my lease, I was not asked if it was OK with me. It was not!! Also there are no signs in the management office that state audio /video on premises; as well as there were many different addendums, I was required to sign, some however were tossed out by management.(out dated) Still, this was/is HIGHLY unusual. However the real issue is; I have told the management staff not to accept packages for me (I made this statement in person and explained the reason why)but rather have my packages brought by the carrier to my apt. I have difficulty walking back and forth, I can do it, it's just very painful afterward. And still they are accepting my packages, also my mail box has been jimmied open and left a jar a couple of times. Unfortunately for the company that could be a very big issue. It also seemed to me that someone had been in my apt while I was out, Mail box tamping and entering an apt that is posted(do not enter) can cause many problems. The locks on the door were changed by me after the first time when maintenance did it(I was also uncomfortable with the maintenance man asking to bring my spare key back to the management office; read your lease it states residents receive two keys:I kept that key) and I am certain it has happened again(someone entering my apt); as well my mail box is not the only one I have seen a jar.
There are other issues as well, but these are enough...........
So unfortunately, I concur with the other writings and would rate these apartments at a two star. If anything improves I will write that review as well.
