I have lived here over the past year and just resigned a new lease. Morgan, the manager goes above and beyond for the residents and anytime I need something, she makes sure it gets done. Being a student and also loosing my job during the pandemic, this property went out of their way to help us get assistance for rent, waived late fees, and set payment plans to help us out. Ive never lived anywhere so willing to make sure their residents are okay. Ill definitely be staying here until I am ready to buy my own house.
This property is secure and tidy. The units I have seen are state of the art and offer Spectrum services!

She is by far the best manager we've had in the two years that I've been here. She's always cheerful and willing to help with any issue. It's nice to have someone who actually cares about the property and tenants. She's a constant presence on the property. She organizes and facilitates the community events and strives to bring our community together.
She is truly an asset to our community.
