The all bills paid is one of the main reasons I moved here. Its an older place. But you just cant beat the rate with all utilities included. And it was a $0 deposit and $0 application. My last utility bill was over$250 at my last apartment. Its gated and has cameras in the front so thats nice. I always see the workers keeping the place clean. I had one issue with my shower and they fixed it the same day. The ladies in the office have always been kind to me. I plan on staying after my lease ends.

i live in an upstairs apartment and most of the comments will tell you about how the air conditioning does not work and they are right it has a mind of its own it can go from 89 to 65 in an hour when you have it set at 71 it also has a roach problem the tiny ones atleastbut there everywhere in the kitchen when you keep it spotless and all the maintenance does is patch jobs that work for a week we did not know when we moved it that there would be no ceiling lights or fans in the rooms so you have to buy your own lamps and fans the only reason im giving yall any stars is because i do find my apartment appealing to the eye my room came with a built in vanity wher i can put makeup and they have 3 beautiful pools but you can only use them if you have your wridtband like your landopark or something

The only good thing about living here is maintenance & everything is near by. I've lived here for a few years. Never had a problem until I moved into a bigger apartment. They told me that if I moved up stairs it would be $100 cheaper. They failed to mention that the air condition didn't work. On top of that they raised my rent because they said I was using to much electricity. I'm using a lot of electricity because the A/C never stops running because it's so hot up stairs. The maintenance guys told me that there is no insulation between my ceiling & the actual roof. I was also told that they've had this problem for year but refuse to tell people that before they move in. The food in my pantry went bad because it's so hot in my apartment. The office people don't care about the residence.

I am being harassed and discriminated I dont know if it has to do with my race or what. I woke up and saw that my truck was vandalized keyed and mucus on the door handle. I was threaten when I was taking out my trash I had an empty bag of charcoal outside my apt which I was taking out at the time and was told that if was there I was going to be evicted while my neighbors have bags outside there apt all the time and I have photos. Was told that where I barbecue was not aloud as of 3 days ago I barbecue there all the time and so do my neighbors but Im being threatened so everyone can ? but not me?? Tonight I came home to find a used charcoal thrown on the floor in front of my apt I took photos and I have witnesses that this was not me. Hopefully I dont get evicted over that incident. But if I do they will be hearing from my lawyer I have it all documented. I work 60 hours a week and come home to being harassed and discriminated this will not stand

We loved living here. The office staff is nice, the maintenance is great. We had no problems with pests other than fleas which we've gotten rid of twice. We have no pets! Both my neighbors do. There isn't much parking for visitors.
You do have assigned parking which is good and bad. Bad for us since our neighbor thinks it's okay to park so close we can't open our back door to put our baby in the car.
Mold does grow fast if you don't clean often. I didn't have much time to clean the restroom with bleach the first month after I gave birth, but once I got back to cleaning once a week we didn't have any issues. Other than fleas the worst part about living here was the upstairs couple.
As for the water issue I read on another review, they do warn you when they know it's going to happen but sometimes leaks happen and they have to turn off the water, but it's always back on before 8pm and they've never turned it off before 7am .
Worst place I've ever lived. Mold all over the place my wife developed asthma from it. Maintenance is good, office staff sucks major slum lord.all about the money.

Lived here for two years and about five months ago AC stoped working and my at the time six month pregnant wife had to stay in the back room to avoid heatstroke...constant water leaks..major roach infestation we had to buy our own supplies because everytime you open a cabinet there crawling all over our clean dishes but there crawling everywhere even outside crawl through the huge gaps in the windows abd under the doors...my piir wife bleachs the place daily before she moved out now that we have a small child and last two months my wife and baby have to live at a freinds home because even after buying blackout curtains and two fans its still 89 degrees in my apartment...toliet flood weekly and ruined belongings but worker says oh no its fine..as standing in a puddle...keep coming home to flooded bathroom and kitchen...and on top of that whole buildings water gets cut off three or more days a week all day and late into night with no warning ....were finally moving after my wife was sexual harassed by a worker and ran home in tears told the lady in the office and she said nothing ...keep reporting problems and we get replies like yea we will let some one know and they will get around to it..and even told nothings wrong with our AC...its 89 degrees!!! Had to still pay rent even though we dont live there because now theres black mold everywhere no matter how much we bleach and my wife and baby get sick...they fibally said well i guess we can let you out of your contract. ..this place is filthy! Holes in the walls and mold when we moved in but at the time i was sick on kemo and had no where else to go because they didnt show us the apartment before we moved in they showed us a staged apartment...so mad i pay almost 1000 dollars and no one gives a crap and now they wont even give me copys of the work orders because turns out they never even write them up... Gym has no working equipment and laundry rooms always dirty and stuff broken will take your $$ and the office wont repay you so you will have to use a laundrymat...

If you like vehicle damage, stolen property, loud neighbors, dog feces, roaches, mold, broken apartment fixtures, walking to the opposite side of the complex to your car and generally feeling unsafe then this is the place for you.

I really enjoyed living here. I was in the back up in a corner. Except walking the dogs at some point became a trial. There are people who will let their dogs lose on us while we walk the dogs. It seems to bother them that others walk their dogs freely. I was really happy they had a dog park. But some people don't pick up after their dogs. There are people who try to control the complex and walking freely at times is not possible. Our mailbox has been broken into several times. It is a good thing we have POBoxes. It is fixed by merely being pushed back & therefore people break back into it. We don't want to break our lease & have renewed twice because we loved the corner where we are at. Up until the bike being taken on the porch people talked but nothing major had occurred. Now, even our front door lock is hard to get into. On the side of door it is if people have attempted to break in. I had a racoon with rats three years ago & was able to rid of them. I didn't mind because this Texas & pest are a reality. But this year I bought mouse traps in the winter & I have an aggressive rat. I have my youngest son who works odd jobs & worked hard to buy a bike & locked it to the patio which is in the corner. In our corner people would have to go out of the way to get up here unless they have the excuse that they live here. The metal lock was broken. When I have called the security police I have videos where other residents responded banging on the door & ringing the bell, "It was you." I work from Home & these three years was working hard to earn my MBA, except for walking the dogs I had no reason to go outside. I mainly stayed outside. I've had tatoos shown at me as to quiet me. I've been bitten by a dog & my dogs have been bitten by a dog. My own mother has stopped coming to visit because a dog bit her. I have called the dog pound & the police department. The police department lady told me, "If you don't like it, leave." At one point there were children near the school coming unsupervised smoking, etc., These were mainly from elementary & middle school. We all attempt to ignore the unnecessary innuendos. Some people try to claim it is the PTSD soldiers but we too are a military family and that behavior is inappropriate. It is at times like there is a group in here that gets people to react inappropriate & then turns around & blames them. Right now we are just waiting for the lease to be over. Our restrooms & kitchen leak & have had our downstairs neighbors through the years come knock on our doors as if we are causing it. We report it but need to take care of our personal hygiene. I try not to go out at night unless I have to go run a family errand, but that is my rule during the day too. I have pictures of it all & often post it & save it on facebook first publicly & then for just my own viewing just in case this continues to get worst. I used to go sit on my patio but at times have been approached when I do so I no can longer do this comfortably.

I put in request after request to fix the structureal problems and all they did nothing. Nothing! All there gonna do is paint over the ceiling from leaks from the upstairs, I can go on and on but I want to say one thing - look at the actual apartment your renting before you lease! Pay attention to structural integrity -you don't want the ceiling falling in on your family - no joke... For the love of god please heed this warning!!!
