I have lived at this property since 2020 and I have loved it. Its fairly new, convenient, affordable, and cute- especially if you seek to be a bit of a minimalist. The previous property managers, however, were negligent and even fairly impractical/unrealistic about how to take proper care of this little property. Their responses to community issues often came across like they were blaming the tenants for some of the issues in the neighborhood rather than trying to problem solve. It felt kinda hopeless, actually. Fortunately- new management has taken over recently and I have seen 1000% of a turn around. Riley from Cornerstone Property Management has been hands on at the property from the get go. The property is already perking up from the amount of TLC he and his crew have given the grounds and the buildings, and its obvious that he is passionate about getting this little property back up to its potential. Dont get me wrong, its not run down, it just felt like it was heading there under the previous managers. Im not one to write reviews, per se, but Riley and cornerstone have so quickly addressed issues that the previous management couldnt seem to tackle in the three years that Ive been here, that I wanted to write a review that accurately reflects the current situation at Greenprint and not how it has been. They deserve that and so does this cool little property. Its cute, cozy, and I love being able to walk 50 feat and get on the train to go downtown for a night out. Also, the walls are super thick and I rarely hear my neighbors, if ever. I can even play musical instruments or sing without bothering other tenants or feeling like I need to be quiet. I love the vinyl floors and the marble countertops. I have never had issues with plumbing, water or electricity and now that we have someone like Riley who is accessible caring, and responsive its the perfect place for a minimalist urban professional like myself, or for students or couples that want to be close to downtown but cant afford downtown prices. I seriously couldnt be happier.
