Don't live here! It has the worst management I have ever seen! I heard the landlord outside my door saying "Its just me, I got your welfare check that came in" before opening my apartment, I came and saw her and the police that unlawfully opened my door! Later on I called and asked if it said anywhere in my lease that she can open my door and come inside and she said "for a welfare check" as in "she was looking out for me". Lmao. Everyone around me in these apartments have had many issues with the management here. I've never had a problem with mice or anything like that but I'm on the top floor and I've heard other tenants having problems with that. I also love hearing gun shots outside. Dishonesty from management is a plus. The disrespect from the landlord is real, I wouldn't have ever expect her to say what she said to me just because Im on housing. I'm 20 and was in foster care so of course the system should try to help foster kids who aged out. I thought about getting the officers who stood there when she said that and see if they got a video take that recorded all of what she said and sue but I don't think she would give me the officers names even if I asked plus she might evict me if I do. Lmao she might evict me for this bad review We'll see lol

Eagles landing has come very far from when i first moved in. The maintenance is great and the office staff is amazing. The permits are nice because people from other businesses cant steal our parking. Of course, they have visitor parking for my visitors. Michelle at the office has been great solving problems with people that have anxiety.

Ive been living here for almost a year now my lease is up in a few months. My experience here hasnt been the best the new ladys in the office are rude and dont really seem to care about your needs at all. I tried to move but was informed I couldnt without paying 2500 to terminate my lease which is up in September or I could move out and still pay rent for the apartment I wouldnt be living in. Every time I got a note on my door informing me I had an inspection coming up I waited for them and they never showed. Every pest control note I got never showed up either. My kitchen sink was leaking (a lot) for about a week before they would fix it. I had informed them when I moved in that the air vent needed to be cleaned and was falling down and they still have never came to fix it. Also my kitchen is a disaster not one of my cupboards will close fully and the drawers get stuck all the time. When I first moved in the apartment had mice as well.

Worst place ever. Horrible management. Laundry machines eat your change and rarely work. Stay away. Had to walk by a guy coughing his lungs out while snorting something just to get from the car to the apartment. Had a meth-head for a neighbor for a while. That was fun. Tiny apartment, way overpriced - and they nickel and dime you for everything. Things falling apart and the manager does nothing. But if you do anything out of line, youll get a three-day notice to comply or vacate on your door, or your car towed. So friendly. Oh, and the number of times Ive heard gunshots from my home went from 0 (anywhere else) to once a week. Dont leave valuables in your car. Not safe. Oh, and to get out of your lease its a $2,600 fee PLUS a minimum of two months rent. At that point Im just going to assume the deposit is taken as well.

I lived in my unit for 5 years. If anyone is looking for a place where the office staff knows what there doing there kind, friendly and making a big change to the property this is a great place. Michelle, The Manager has done amazing things in a short period of time. And Danielle is always the best to work with. 5 Stars to them. 4 's because the price feels a little high for the area.

10 visitors allowed here at a time!!! Just to clear things up for people that are not familiar with the area there is no street parking allowed. This is a predatory practice and while its legal, what is the point of living at a place your friends, family, or significant other can not visit? I visited my brother for 45 minutes and got my car towed. They sent a notice to the residents 30 days ago stating that visitor parking would be along the front and back of the complex. Which is fine but what they failed to mention was out of the hundred or so uncovered parking stalls there were only 10 available to visitors for the hundreds apartments they have. There are no signs directing you to the visitor parking area and one sign for the 10 stalls labeled as visitor parking. There are no other signs along the fence that indicate that area is not available for visitors. Had i known that I would of not seen my brother because it would be impossible to visit him without getting towed. What upsets me is the lack of clear signs of where you can not park. Every other complex has signs in each area informing people that it is not okay to park here, except this place. There is not one sign along the fence that says this area is parking by permit only. Just the one sign obscured by parked cars that says visitors parking. The cost was over 210 which is fine if the apartment complex had given more specific details to the residents or had more signs in the uncovered parking letting everyone know that was indeed a tow away zone. Me along with a whole bunch of other people visiting this complex were towed.

Stay away! If I could give negative stars I would! First of all, they say they are pet friendly, but threaten a fifty dollar fine if your dog releaves its self along the way to the south end of the complex lawn, so if you live on the north end of the complex its at least 300 yards away (make sure your dog doesn't poop on the way there, $50.00 fine if it does) not to mention the people in the office are money hungry, they will come up with any BS reason just to fine you, and give you a bogus 3 day comply or vacate notice, just to fine you. I don't suggest anyone moves in here, also they raise the rent at least 50 bucks every year (closer to $100.00 actually, I forgot exactly what they raised it this year). I also watched them hire a tow truck to tow away a uhaul van from someone who was just moving in! $800+ for a crummy one room (400 sf.) apt, and they make you download an app to talk to maintenance, then they take weeks to show up and fix anything. (The swimming pool has even out of order, for the last year and a half, everything is broken or crooked here, stay away)! Our vehicle has even been broke into several times, this place is sooooo horrible, I can't wait to move out. There are bums living in the parking lot, just waiting for people to go to sleep, so they can start going through cars... Go somewhere else, unless your really desperate.

NEW MANAGEMENT!!! Blue Stone Properties is the new managers for this complex. They genuinely care for their tenants. Every circumstance is different. They will work with you if you work with them. I greatly appreciate everything they have done for me. This place is located in a area where you can get to any place in the city within minutes. Next to the freeway with great public transit. Give them a chance and you will see for yourself. It only gets better from here!

Signed the lease without viewing the apartment and realized how old everything in there was, moving from Kansas I was very shocked. Apartment had Mold a couple of times and management staff there is really rude except Danielle shes an angel. Very noisy kids stay outside really late not monitored and dogs poop all around the complex. The apartment itself is really old and you will spend a huge part of your time there putting in Maintenence request..Dont move here you will regret it trust me..I wish I could give 0 stars but I dont mind the one just because of Danielle..

The structure of the apartments within itself was beautiful, the squirrels amazing, and best part of all was management/staff. It was always a warm and genuine experience to walk into the office and greet our fellow homies. We highly recommend Eagle's Landing Apartments to anyone looking for a one of a kind home.

Apt. Renter: Char I have lived here for 3 years and I'm in the process of signing a lease for another year. I am transferring to a larger apt. and Michelle and the office staff have been so helpful, considerate, understanding, and knowledgeable in assisting me with the process. The office staff especially Michelle Gonzales are extremely helpful in all areas and always have been able to assist and help me with any concerns or questions I have. The grounds are nice with easy access to bus stops. Maintenance responds in a timely matter to fix and repair concerns I have had in my apt. although there have been only a few during the 3 years I have been here. I recommend living here because the price is affordable, the office staff and maintenance are helpful and respond quickly to your needs, concerns, and questions, the grounds are well kept, easy access to the bus stops, no extra charge for parking space, and they provide extra security parole during off hours.

I lived here for a year, and it was a very hard year for me. As a single mother, going through a divorce, being out on my own for the first time was very difficult. I'm giving Eagles Landing a five star review, because of Michelle Gonzales. She is compassionate, understanding, professional, and took care of me and my daughters needs, while we lived there. Any problem I had, she was quick to take care of. And those problems usually consisted of only a leaky faucet and a weird neighbor. She made me feel safe, and at home. This place needs her, and more people like her! Thank you Michelle!!!

They are typically okay for the most part, but the maintenance sucks!! Anytime we put in a work order for our apartment they tell us the will be in the next day to check it out when in reality they take DAYS! They also told us when we first signed our lease the swimming pool would be open from labor day to memorial day. I asked at the first week of July when it was going to be ready and they said the 7th. It is now almost August and they have done little to no effort to get it ready, they filled it up, let it sit and get green and mossy, drained it and hasn't done anything to it sense. When we first moved in, the first couple months we got a noticed the day before that pest control was coming by between 9am to 6pm, okay that's fine, well it was about 9am I was just waking up and I hear a knock on my door, not my front door, my BEDROOM DOOR! The pest control gut just let himself in because apparently after so many knocks of nobody answering the have the right to walk in and do their maintenance. Thing is, I was awake, he did not knock, he did not make a single peep and just opened our door. My 1 year old son was sitting in his play pen in the corner looking absolutely terrified. Moral of the story, I wouldn't recommend this place, the price is affordable and makes it easier on bills, but the maintenance people take their sweet time. And the crime rate here is terrible, our car got broken into and stole a bunch of things and just below us there was a fist fight with two Hispanic males.

Price is lower than average for the Salt Lake area and for the money it would be very hard to find a better and more convenient alternative. The complex is very close to downtown and has two near by UTA stops. There is freeway access about four or five blocks away. The staff is friendly, maintenance does a good job, and pets are allowed. It is surprisingly quite especially in the evenings. PS Edward Hannan's accusation that I'm fake should be a red flag that he's a bitter and angry person.

This place has been nothing but bad news since the moment I wasted money and applied. I just moved from California, I was supposed to sign a lease last week when I arrived I asked to do a walk through before signing anything. I was met with attitude and told to come back after 11am. So I spoke with a few of the tenants and they all warned me of car burglary and the temper of the management. The parking lot is horrible to drive in, pot holes everywhere. Once 11am came we asked again, and the apartment that was supposed to be move in ready had a kicked in patio door along with stains on the wall and a overall dirty apartment. Once I informed them we would not be moving in the management attitude showed its colors. We had already had our mail switched to go there and instead of giving us our mail like the federal law states they should do, they returned everything to sender causing us more issues since our paychecks were in the mailbox waiting for us. This place is bad all around, do yourself a favor and don't waste any time or money of this place.

I've had horrible and great service with the receptionists so it just depends. High crime area so I don't recommend living here with kids, however, plenty of people do. There's kids everywhere which can get loud/irritating.

You can hear everything outside the windows theyre so thin you hear neighbors outside their door talking and people downstairs walking their dogs outside. You get what you pay for but worth it to pay a little more for a better place trust me! Someone stole our license plate temp tags off our new car. Not a good neighborhood.

I've been telling them for over a month my air conditioner drips. For a month they have told me someone will be around to fix it. Most of the time no one comes over at all. If you're lucky enough to get someone over they take one look at it, tell you they can't fix it, and that they'll get someone else to fix it. The staff doesn't care. After finally fixing the leaking AC after threatening to get the law involved, I have been served with three pay or vacate notices. I've payed my rent on time every month. The staff can't keep the accounts straight so my rent money keeps going into someone else's account. Screw this place.

Rudest people ever , especially David. Stay away from that place !
