The property recently underwent a management change, which has been a positive change for the community. The only reason I moved was I found a job in the cities. I highly recommend this property.

Great location easy to get to Mayo Clinic. It's easy to apply for section 42. I don't think most people know what a great program it is. Apply once and come under the income guidelines. Management makes it easy to apply and a fast move-in.

My $600 security deposit was not refunded and I was charged an additional $350 with no damages to the apartment. You should look elsewhere. You are warned.

Don't rent here!! These apartments are expensive and YOU are responsible for all bills! I had a bad experience with them and they never gave me my refund, even though I left the town home better than when I got it! I even took pictures. The worst part is they had the nerve to report it to the credit agencies!! Also, the neighborhood is ghetto! Stay away from this place!!
