If you need a place that is affordable and beautiful - this is the spot. Heather and Sarah work tirelessly to keep the apartments at their best and the renters happy! There is plenty of space for storage and a decent sized balcony. Darin, the maintenance guy, also does a fantastic job at fixing any problems that occur. He is fast and efficient! I couldnt have had a better stay here, and only moved because I found a townhome. You wont be disappointed :)

I have been here since February 1st of 2019 and it has been such a pleasure to have the help from Heather and a staff. You guys are wonderful and helpful in many ways that only one can imagine. I'm glad that I'm here and I know that I want to stay longer than anticipated. Thank you for helping me out and giving me a brand new home and a brand new beginning.

We were in a 1BR 1 BA. We lived at Eastgate from November until August. Heather in the office has been incredible to work with. She worked with us, putting us on a month to month lease when our 6 month lease was up, without raising our rent. All of the facilities are wonderful, and the units are beautifully furnished.
Management has been really great to work with, when it came to getting back to us, being available to contact with any issues.
They are really close to Bear Creek Park where my wife and I would go on walks daily. It's close to a Cub Foods, so you don't need to go far for your groceries.
