I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The management is extremely disagreeable, one of the ladies in particular. We are not the only ones who have experienced this, I truly believe she has something against younger tenants. (Mid twenties young.) I will give three examples that are small, but examples of the constant little nuisances that she doled out. 1. Trying to have my car towed after I didn't park in a visitor's spot (two buildings away) because it was a torrential downpour. I didn't have a parking permit because we were getting married in a month, and he would be leaving, so adding me to his lease would have been a waste. 2. Telling me I couldn't be at the pool while my husband was in the workout room (a mere ten feet away) without him. 3. I left my keys on a table at the pool one afternoon. The next morning I searched the apartment and searched the pool area. I went into the office and asked if anyone had dropped off my keys, and she told me no. I went back to the apartment, searched some more, and then decided to look around the pool some more. I checked the filters, the trash cans, everything, and a nice gentleman swimming laps asked what I was looking for. He informed me that he had actually dropped my keys in the drop box for the office that morning. I went in again and asked her, and after MUCH attitude and arguing, she finally checked the drop box, where they were. This was over an hour ordeal, and if the guy who had dropped my keys off hadn't been there in the pool, I'm not sure I would have ever gotten my keys back. I truly hope that Dewar Properties (the national corporation that owns them) soon realize what a detriment she is to their company.
