- Review - A holistic, fair review is used for qualifying tenants.
- Deposit - A deposit is needed to put to hold an apartment, and if you don't pass the review process that usually is done within 1 day, your deposit will be refunded.
- Application Fee - The $35 application fee for credit and background check per adult is not refundable.
- Occupants - 5 People maximum, including kids, per CA State Recommendations.
