There is a "One Time" fee of $335 per pet which must be paid prior to the pet being allowed in the Leased Premises. The fees are non-refundable.
Monthly Pet Fee is $20 per pet.
We also do not allow Tarantulas, Piranhas, Reptiles (snakes/iguanas), Ferrets, Skunks, Raccoons, Squirrels, Rabbits, Birds (parrots, cockatiels, macaws).
