I have lived next door to these apartments for almost 2 years, I always thought they looked nice. I always noticed little details such as blinds used in the windows, which make the building look nice. Parking seems alittle tight, overall the grounds and parking lot are always clean.

I currently work at Concierge Apartments as a part-time concierge and have now since February- I remember the first day I visited Concierge Apartments for my interview- That day, Chris gave me a full showing before we sat down to have my interview. I was so blown away at all that this apartment complex had to offer (I even felt slightly embarrassed since I didn't have much other to say than, "wow!", "awesome!", and "I love it here already!"). At that time, I was personally stuck in a not-so-great place where I was living, and often caught myself thinking of how I could make it better if I were to take over my previous property manger's job. Concierge offers EVERYTHING and more that my previous place of living did not. I was so thankful and excited to start working here. I am able to be apart of somewhere that provides a great place to live for their residents. A few major things that I love about Concierge- We have the most phenomenal pool, this place makes me actually want to work out with all of our updated equipment, location, location, location, REAL granite counter-tops, the Micro Market (even though it temps me to binge on candy all too often), and last, but not least, my co-workers... I most always worked in the customer service industry and I have experienced bad customer service between co-workers and/or employee and customer. What I strive for any and every time I am here, is to always handle things professionally, efficiently, and with always understanding that we as staff here at Concierge, are here to provide a safe, fun, comfortable, luxurious place for our residents. In the short amount of time that I have worked here, Concierge already feels like a home to me, and I will continue to provide the best service I can, to help ensure that Concierge feels like home to you too!

I moved in here at the beginning of February and so far, I have mixed feelings. I recognize that the apartment complex is under new management and that there are a lot of good things happening, but when you push a brand of "resort style living" and the experience falls short, it's disappointing. The amenities are awesome, and might make it all worthwhile in the long run, but I haven't lived here long enough to know for sure. Ultimately, I appreciate the renovations, but I do not appreciate being inconvenienced or intruded on as a result of them. I think renters should be able to expect a reasonable degree of privacy in their home and if I had known that my apartment and building would be a work-in-progress with contractors and inspectors constantly coming and going from my unit and building, I might have considered living elsewhere. My apartment has been entered at least six times since I've moved in for various reasons as a result of the renovations. That's at least six times I've been inconvenienced and have had to lock my pet away for the whole day while workers, who are different each time, have access to my apartment. There are plenty of pros to living here, but the privacy issue is a big deal to me. I came home from work tonight to another note in my door that said my apartment will be entered again later this week and that once more, I'll need to "secure my pets" which is an inconvenience since I'll be out of town that day. I have no idea what I'm going to do. At this point, I really don't want more people, other then my friends and family, coming into my apartment unless something is being fixed. Maybe this will all change one day soon for the better, but right now I'm left feeling frustrated and disappointed that I have no control over who enters my apartment and when.

Today I took a tour at the Concierge apartments. I was blown away!! Becky was the leasing agent to help me and she gave me the tour. She was very compassionate and really helped me imagine my day to day life living there. The apartments were but a dream, and felt more like a resort. The amenities were endless and the customer service was outstanding. 5 stars!
