I have been a resident for almost 5 years. I love this place! Its perfect, literally. Besides the amenities, which are accommodated in every single apartment, the location is perfect as well. Grocery stores, shopping centers, entertainment and so much more. Valet trash pick up is amazing too. The rental office is full of staff who are friendly and on top of all residential needs. They even have give aways monthly to show appreciation to there residents. The maintenance is terrific as well, which is a big deal in apartment living. Spacious 2 bedrooms and washer and dryer included. I could keep going with positivity. I have nothing negative to say about the Estates at Brentwood Lake. I am a proud resident and you will be too!

I've lived here for almost a year, and I'm renewing my lease for another year. The apartments are beautiful, my neighbors are friendly, and it's been overall a wonderful place to live. We had an issue with our a/c when we moved in, and literally within the day it was fixed. The staff here have all been very helpful anytime I've needed anything. The trash valet service has been the best. I would say these are the best, most affordable apartments in the area.
