I have been living here for almost 11 years. Now with new management they act very unprofessional. I had to go to my hometown to bury my husband and I tried to meet with the manager but they was rude to me. I don't understand why they do not make time to speak with tenants. I also asked for the corporate contact number but they declined and said they do not know corporate number. Is there an higher authority we can contact for issues? Heather is the person who was very rude to me. Every time I tried to stress my concerns, she cut my conversation off being unprofessional and rude. I never had an issue with management until now.

Ive been living here going on two years..since then my car has been broken into 3 times..Wallet stolen my Girlfriends spare keys were stolen out of my car then they used it to steal from her car that Same night. We work for everything we own no shortcuts and for somebody to steal from hard workers while were sleep is a act of a pure coward. Called the leasing office and all they had to say was call the police. They got some knock off security company that drives through the area 1 time and leaves and they call that security! The last time my car was broken into it wasnt just me but every Car on my side of the street across from the apartments and yet they still did nothing. No call back no feedback no hey we listening to your issues and heres a plan to prevent this from happening again!! No security cameras no security officer. We pay almost $1,000 in rent and you mean to tell me you cant make sure my personal property has 0 line of defense when it come to thieves. We getting out of this lease and now looking for a more secure apartment complex to continue raising our kids.

The complex is terrible for two major thing; management, molds, and location. I had mold infections in my first unit, then I transferred to a second unit, and it was still present there. The wall in the unit was actually completely knocked down inorder to fix it. Of course there are still other issues like bugs, dirty dumpster and more. Majority if the employees that work in the office are terrible! There is no sense of orderliness, accountability or even responsibility with this group. I have seen them go from bad to worse. The complex was sold to a new management and for some reason, NONE of the files were transferred. Which means, any agreement you had with the previous management (written or unwritten) was voided. Not to mention, there has been 3 managers in a span of 15 months and they don't have reference to anything from their predecessor. They appear to have amnesia. The current manager's attitude is harsh and rude. Exiting the complex onto capital blvd, especially in the morning, is a nightmare. There is always an accident everyother day at the same point of entrance. I can continue to go on about how bad this place is but I am blessed to not be staying there anymore. Attached are just some pictures of mold from the first and second apartment. All the clothes and properties from the coat closet were all damaged. The windows are always wet, so I had to buy a dehumidifier but that didn't fix the issue. The apartment was repainted, still no fix. This might be from the way the complex were built but either way, it is infested. I cleaned it numerous times and all my complains also ended up with someone coming out to clean the wall with bleach. Very temporary solution to cut the story short, AVOID THIS COMPLEX, IF YOU CAN!!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! LARAMA GROUP Current Property Management is Horrible & writing into getintouch@laramargroup.com does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Since they took over our complex: WATER BUG INFESTATION, $110+ rent increases, gun shots heard at night, NO WIFI or internet access until 12AM, trash area so full and overflowing all the time & the on site staff does NOTHING!! I’ve lived here for over 3 years and have never seen anything like this! Huge water bugs the size of baby mice! I literally have to spray everyday to come home to huge dead water bugs as opposed to them running through my home. I’ve been looking forward to winter all year just so I don’t have to deal with this. But now it’s freezing in the apartments due to how poor the insulation is. The previous owners took much better care of the property and it’s residents. They literally gave me a new lease & rent increase 3 days before I had to sign (which is ILLEGAL in the state of NC landlords are required to give at least 7 days notice). The new management is so cheap, they’ve gotten so many complaints about the internet speed being extremely slow & refuse to do anything about it. I can’t even watch a 5 minute YouTube video without it stopping (not buffering just complete stop) between the hours of 10am-12am. So no streaming unless your a Vampire. Everyone in my building will be writing an honest review to warn people before they sign up. Needless to say I will not be renewing my lease! BEWARE!! They lie on the website reviews and all the positive google reviews are done by staff that live on site. After looking further into the LARAMAR GROUP (current property management) they have an F rating from the Better Business Bureau and even their staff has sued them due to shabby Human Resource practices. They’ve raised my neighbors rent to over $1,200. They accept section 8 housing but give such huge increases out of no where! Kids have started fires under cars, hit cars with eggs & still the increase after all we deal with.
