I loved my time at Brookhill, and I was very sad when I left. The staff was exceptional, and I loved that it was a small community feeling. The manager Sandy was very understanding and helpful, and Steve in maintenance would always stop to talk if he saw us outside.This was my first apartment as an adult out of college, and I enjoyed the experience. Even the flooding is a memory of adulthood I'll get to carry with me. Possessions can be replaced. Such a friendly community that I will surely miss!

Super community! Awesome Staff! Sandy and company are just awesome to know and work with! We lived at BH for almost two years. we moved out after the flood due ta a family member having a fear of water. While we were there we experienced top-notch customer service and were always treated with respect. I know that several folks lost a great deal in the flood, we were among them. In that time, we saw an office staff and regional management rise up to the occasion and go far above and beyond what I would ever imagine a property team do. I would and do recommend this property to anyone looking for a new place to live!

This place is the worse townhouse I've ever been to. There are bugs and mice inside. There are termites outside of the apartment. Gun shots outside. The area is horrible. The first week I stayed here the water wouldn't turn off. They didn't come to fix it for two weeks after calling them twice to three times both weeks. It's just the worse place I've ever lived in.
