These apartments are very old and in need of some serious updating. Atleast and washers and dryer connections in some units.

GO. It's a dump. DONT RENT FROM HERE. Tried to charge me $75 for 4 nail holes. $25 for drip pans on the stove. Maintenance comes in and half a*&es their work. They advertise a pool that hasn't worked in 6 years. BEWARE and write EVERYTHING, ALL DEFICIENCIES DOWN. Move every appliance and see HOW CLEAN it is. You will be charged if you dont.
They take better care of the military because they don't want the place put off limits to military.

Public Service Announcement. DO NOT move into Christopher Square Apartments or any other apartment buildings owned by them. They have bugs & mold. We live in an apartment complex owned & managed by Christopher Square & they are absolutely horrible. There are twelve apartments in this complex & three of them are empty. That should tell you something. Our neighbor told us that no one has lived in our apartment before us for over a year, they cant keep people here. There are bugs & mold. Multiple apartments have mold & a few tenants are talking about moving out. We have argued with our landlord for about a month about the mold & he keeps saying there is no mold, he sends the cleaning lady to look & see if there is mold. We ordered a home mold test from Walmart & we most definitely do have mold, we proved it to them & nothing has been done. They dodge us & refuse to return our calls. We have been here since July & have had problem after problem. At the end of August we got a $245 water bill. When we first moved in there were three different water leaks & it took them days to send someone to look at it. They said they fixed it but it did not get fixed until the middle of September. It took two months. We got our water bill in September & it was $160. The landlord refuses to take responsibility & refuses to pay it. We just got our new water bill & it is $90, it continues to go down every month & he still refuses to pay it. He said he doesnt feel responsible & he believes we used all of that water. Its absolutely ridiculous. Its me, my husband, our three year old & our three month old baby & he honestly believes that we used that much water. Anyways, nothing gets done & the secretary is a straight up snob. They are so rude & never do anything. All they care about is money, the apartment has bugs & mold & nothing has been done. We plan to move out as soon as we can. DO NOT MOVE HERE. BEWARE OF CHRISTOPHER SQUARE!

It is a cool place to live. It is also very cheep. The washers and dryers are always broken and the apartments aren't super great either. But the management is super nice and helpful. Very quick to respond. Sadly their pool and tennis courts are out of commission.

The apartments are fairly okay , pool has not been operational for the past 2 years even though advertised in the listings online. I was supposed to leave my apartment at 4:30 pm and asked if i can spent the night and leave next morning because my ride didn't show up , the landlord told me that i have to pay a whole month rent if he let me do that , my things were in the street that day for 6 hrs . I recommend you look somewhere else ! Worst landlord I have encountered so far.
