I have lived at aspen village for a year and recently they have changed management. I appreciate how quickly they respond to needed changes for maintenence, but getting in touch with the office is AWFUL! They don't respond to calls or emails and will not help you unless you go into their office. Our neighbor stole multiple packages from us as well and nothing was done. This has been a good starter apartment but I am unimpressed with their services.

I just renewed my lease with Aspen Village/ Pine Ridge lower. The office staff changed management while I have been living here. They are so friendly and so nice. I have an ESA and they even have dog treats in the office if you come by with them. Management is easy to get in contact with, and maintenance responds very quickly. Definitely happy to call this place home for my under grad and graduate career.
