-$20 Pet Application fee (1st pet) $15 pet application fee (2nd pet)

PARKING – Street parking available on a first come, first serve basis.

LEASE TERMS - 18 Month Lease Term at advertised rate. We are sorry, we do not offer lease expirations between the months of October through February. Lease start dates between October 1st and February 28th will expire March 31st 2026.

-Minimum of three years (combined applicant average) positive rental history is required to be approved with standard deposit.
